What are the Terms & Conditions of Digital Impressions ?

1.1. Any orders placed through the site are considered subject to there being stock available.

1.2. All items are subject to availability and all dimensions are approximate.

We have made every effort to ensure that all colours are accurately reproduced on our website. However, please bear in mind that your own system may cause variations in colour reproduction

1.4. All prices and offers shown are correct at time of ordering. However, you may find a different price should you look on our site at a different time.

1.5. We reserve the right to adjust the rate of VAT within each price quoted if the rate varies from 17.5%.

1.6. All orders must be paid for in £ sterling.

1.7. Digital Impressions accepts the following credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard,  Solo and Switch, subject to verification.

1.8. When you order by credit card your account is not debited until we have despatched the goods. The name and address on your credit card statement should be the same as the name and address that was registered. Please note that for security reasons, we are obliged to cash all cheques on receipt of order.

1.9. Please allow 7 days for delivery. Regrettably, at the present time, we are unable to ship orders to the Channel Isles, Eire or any address outside the UK.

1.10 If you purchase from our site your order is placed subject to the terms and conditions detailed above.

What is our returns policy for Digital Impressions ?

We guarantee to replace or refund any item that does not meet with your complete satisfaction. All we ask is that the item is returned to us within 14 days, unused and in its original packaging with all original documentation. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.

If subsequently you wish to return an item, a collection charge will be incurred at the same rate as the original delivery charge.

How do I return an item?

Just follow the simple instructions which we send with your order. Please note that the customer is responsible for return postage or carriage charges. Returned parcels remain the customer’s responsibility until safely received by us. We will only action replacements or refunds when the goods arrive with us. Perishable, consumable and personalised product may not be returned unless faulty.

What if I am returning a damaged item?

We maintain a high standard of quality control on all products we offer and all product packaging is fully transit-tested. If an item should arrive damaged or faulty, please ensure that you notify us within 5 days of receipt. We will provide immediate replacement or refund of faulty items, this will be actioned as soon as the goods arrive with us.
